WHAT MEANS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED?

We only accept payments by credit card.

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

 – Returns are possible up to 14 days after your purchase. 

– Buyers are responsible for return postage.

– All returns must include a note of the order number for reimbursement.

– All items must be returned in their original box and unworn.

– The buyer must send us the tracking number when the package is sent because we cannot refund a lost or stolen item.

 

DO WE HAVE PROOF OF AUTHENTICITY DESPITE THE FACT THAT IT IS SECOND HAND?

Our Kamad team carries out an authentication check on three different levels: Supplier check, verification of the part's history within the house and finally the part's expertise. With each purchase, you will receive an authentication card that informs you that the coin has gone through these three steps.

 

IN WHICH MATERIALS ARE THE PRODUCTS MADE?

You can see the description of each product on the website, we inform you all the same that the chains are in stainless steel or gold plated, and the pendants (in metal).

 Please avoid putting the jewelry under water so that it can keep its best condition.

 

CAN THERE BE A REASSORT ON OUT OF STOCK PRODUCTS?

Our collections depend on our arrivals and it is possible that out of stock items may be put back on sale but you will be notified of this on our social networks.
