Kamad Paris accepts returns / repairs / refunds
- In the event that an item arrives at the buyer damaged, or does not correspond to the item ordered and the description of the latter, Kamad undertakes to reimburse the full amount paid by the buyer, excluding Shipping fees. The return of the object must be made to us within 14 days of the date of purchase. Depending on the case, a photo of the damaged or unsatisfactory object may suffice. The refund will be made on the date of receipt of the article.
- We do not refund gift cards.
- If an item does not suit you, you can return it to us within 14 days, at your expense. Kamad undertakes to reimburse the amount of the value of the object, excluding the shipping costs which remain the responsibility of the buyer, on the date of receipt of the object.
- When a refund procedure is validated by Kamad, it may take up to 14 days to appear on the original payment method.
- In the event that your package is stolen after delivery to the mailbox, if you have chosen delivery without signature and without insurance, kamad cannot refund your purchase. If you have chosen insurance, you will need to contact the postal services to notify them of the theft of the package, and we will reimburse you.
- It will not be possible to refund exceptional products made to order.
Know that your Kamad product is guaranteed for 3 months but only in the context of good use on your part (indicated on the site).
